This peer-to-peer support group provides a friendly and confidential space to connect and receive support for mothers or mothers-to-be just like you. You are not alone in your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

The group includes a facilitator that will moderate the meetings. I am here to help guide participants along in their discussions and provide education and resources.
Due to limited space and providing maximum experience, I ask that only children under one may attend with parent.

The current group is focusing on mothers/mothers-to-be as this is the first perinatal mental health support group in northern Michigan. In the near future, I hope to expand to different support groups. Stay tuned!
